Business Operations

We have are in possession of timber transportation equipment, see next slide equipment specification

The drivers have 42 years combined experience in truck and timber transport

We have done secondary timber short haul transporting from various Mondi plantations to the Paulpietersburg from December 2017 to October 2018. Currently we are doing short-haul transport for Shosholoza Forest supplying Vuka, Timberite and Mondi

Additionally, we have done long haul transport from Zululand . (i.e. Paulpietersburg and Vryheid Richards bay) for NCT, TWK and private farmers on ad-hoc basis

We also do building material transportation for GNG Dulini Sawmill in Luneburg

Since starting operations in 2015 we have delivered approximately 34,987 tons of timber for various customers long haul and 72,914 tons on short haul to date

We operated for approximately 495022 km without an LTI with 37,800 safe man-hours recorded to date

Good-In-Transit insurance cover is available for ZAR 500k

24/7 breakdown support agreements with MAN and JMR trailers to reduce downtime

Public Liability cover is available for ZAR 10 million

We have are developing a truck depot at ERF No.14, Cnr. Maarschalk & Moelband Street, Paulpietersburg (2,850 sqm)

Registered for Worksman compensation and UIF with Department of Labour

2015 Afrit rigid and drawbar timber trailer combination – 39 ton payload.

- The trailer is designed to load logs with a minimum length of 1.6m (minimum spacing between the stakes is 1.45m)
- The truck part of the trailer is 6m and drawbar is 10m

2015 MAN 27.440 TGS truck tractor

2012 Afrit super link flat deck trailer – 37 ton payload
- The trailer dimensions are 6.1m x 12.2m
- The trailer has front trailer headboard and 2.5m timber steel poles

Load-Tech onboard weighing system installed to ensure that loading is maintained within the legal limits and assurance to the customer against theft

Net star vehicle tracking and monitoring system is installed to ensure protection of both the truck and customer cargo
